We process orders Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Delivery estimates below begin after processing.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During peak launches or promotions, processing may take a bit longer.

At checkout you’ll see available options and pricing. Typical delivery windows are 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location and selected service.

Tracking your order

As soon as your package ships, we email a tracking link. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier scans the label.

Address changes

Need to update your address? Contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to help. Once shipped, reroutes may not be possible.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your tracking hasn’t moved for several days, or your order arrives damaged, reach out and we’ll help resolve it. Please keep all packaging for carrier claims.

International shipping

International availability depends on destination. Duties/taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
